Our client in the retail sector tasked us with the souring and booking of a city or regional conference venue in Perth, for a 4 day national sales and training event. The event would be hosting up to 55 of their national store managers. This was a tough enquiry due to the short lead-time given of only 3 weeks from enquiry to event.
This particular conference required us to provide our professional event management services in the Perth region. We were required to manage the venue, as well as provide services for all on-ground transportation for delegates in between the venue and store, as well as to/from the airport, with daily rotations. This event is prestigious and they engaged us to source and book a high-end hotel for the venue. The selected venue needed to be 5 star, with accommodation onsite or very close by.
