The research, recommendation and booking of your preferred hotel(s), securing accommodation at the agreed rates.
The provision of a dedicated online booking form, created for your hotel and dates, is created by through our event management system, which meets the highest level of PCI compliance for financial safety and security.
Details of your selected hotel(s), including room types and associated room rates (if needed), will be clearly outlined on your accommodation booking form, to allow delegates to book at their own discretion.
Rooming lists and room releases are managed with hotels as per the T&C’s.
We provide hotel(s) with access to our online portal to access your delegates booking, arrival and departure information.
You and your delegates will have one point of contact from SJ Venues and Events throughout the whole process.
