The team at SJ Venues and Events has experience sourcing and booking a range of high-class conference venues in Canberra. Event management Canberra, example 1:
SJ Venues works closely with various government departments nationwide. This particular department tasked us with the sourcing and booking of a conference venue in Canberra for a three-day workshop they needed to hold. They also engaged us to assist with the event management of their workshops as they had a requirement for multiple meeting rooms and breakout areas. Utilising the strong relationships we have with several hotel providers, we were able to get the best deal for our client whilst ensuring costs were kept in line with their budget. Our client booked at Rydges Lakeside Hotel (now QT Canberra).

Event management Canberra, example 2:
SJ Venues was approached by one of our clients to provide venue and entertainment options for a dinner event for their key clients and senior executives. After multiple venues were suggested and quoted on, the client decided to book at the highly sought after The Lobby restaurant, located in the national rose gardens. A live band was booked via our one of our event suppliers (Music Theatre Australia) who provided us with a range of entertainment options to present to the client. In the end the client booked with The Songsmiths, who are located in NSW, but travel and perform in the ACT regularly.
