For this event, SJ Venues & Event’s client, who are leaders in IT industry, were looking for a venue in the CBD to host their upcoming Christmas party for approximately 150 staff. They were presented with a wide range of suitable venues and theming suppliers, as well as full rates and venue information. Site visits were conducted.
The client selected Mon Bijou, located on Flinders Lane, to host their party.

For this event, a regular client of SJ Venues & Events, who are positioned as the market leader in home and commercial appliances, tasked us with sourcing a venue for their annual sales conference, held in January each year.
This company has a particular need to change their conference venue requirements on a daily basis, so the requirement to source a flexible venue soon became apparent. The re-setting of the main meeting room and four breakout rooms, the sourcing of an offsite dinner venue, the booking of their team building activity and constant re-negotiations with the in-house AV company were some of the free Melbourne event management services we provided for this client.
